<rt-ingr>1.5 cl Red wine<rt-ingr>

<rt-ingr>Foamer of your choice<rt-ingr>

Instructions

Step 1

Add bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice into shaker.

Step 2

Add foamer of your choice and shake. If you use egg white, dry shake first.

Step 3

Double strain into a tumbler glass with ice.

Step 4

Gently float the red wine over the bar spoon onto the drink to make the red wine float.
